Shipping & Delivery
All goods will be shipped within 24 hours of payment of order. Customers will receive notification of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.  We deliver to most areas in the Perth metropolitan region, alternatively we use Australia Post. Total Ecstasy will not accept liability of loss or damage of items shipped by Australia Post.

Total Ecstasy ensures all personal information is kept secure and will not be passed on to any third party.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements will be accepted on goods that are in the original and unused condition.  Notice of return of goods should be made within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Cost of freight for the return of goods will be borne by the purchaser. Goods returned outside of these conditions will not be accepted.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and by direct transfer to our bank.  Cheques are accepted if previous arrangements are made.  Accounts available for preapproved customers. Please contact one of our staff.
